What is the job role?

We are very excited to announce that we are recruiting to a new role Lead Practitioner for Enrichment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is an excellent classroom practitioner and has had leadership experience across a range of year groups. The successful applicant will a member of the senior leadership team and take on Phase Leadership for two-year groups. The Lead Practitioner role will be the strategic lead for Enrichment across the school and a key player in our curriculum development and disadvantaged strategy involving, Curriculum development, wider links and enhancements, OPAL lunch time provision, Evolve co-ordinator and visitors.

The post will involve a class share, teaching 0.5 maximum.
