The Governors of Baginton Fields School are seeking to appoint an innovative, highly driven and motivated Assistant Head Teacher to join our team. 

Baginton Fields is a small friendly Broad Spectrum Special School that offers 116 places to secondary aged students, 11 -19 years old, with Special Educational Need and Disabilities from across Coventry. Learning is influenced by communication difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, and sensory impairment. 

We offer personalised learning opportunities for all our students and are equipped to deal with their academic, physical, social, sensory and medical needs.

•    has experience of leading a team and implementing change at a whole school level
•    has experience of providing pastoral support
•    can demonstrate excellent classroom practice
•    has a dynamic and creative approach to supporting the teaching of others and problem solving
•    has a passion for working with students with a range of learning needs
•    has the ability to challenge, motivate and inspire
•    has excellent communication skills with a variety of audiences.
