Site Services Officer - Stoke Park School

What is the job role?

Full time

Grade 4 - £19,698 to £23,080 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a talented Site Services Officer to assist with and ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the School. Duties will include janitorial, cleaning and maintenance tasks, providing support to other departments and liaising with contractors on site, overseeing their work and safety, and ensuring that the School’s safeguarding and health and safety procedures in relation to people entering and exiting the School building are implemented at all times.

With the ability to work in accordance with School and Trust policies to support the achievement of educational objectives, and to build positive relationships with all stakeholders, the successful candidate will utilise their excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills to ensure that the needs of the School and the School community are met.

You will be committed to building brighter futures, possess GCSE’s grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) and will be able to represent the School in a positive and professional manner at all times. Previous experience as having worked as a skilled or semi-skilled tradesperson will be beneficial. Consideration will be given to persons demonstrating transferable skills and having the aptitude and motivation to learn new skills.
