Grade 5 £24,496 - £30,151 per annum pro rata
16 hours per week, All Year Round
Allesley Primary School is situated on the edge of Coventry within a village setting. We are a happy and thriving school with large grounds which allows us to maximise play and learning for our pupils.
We are looking to appoint a Site Services Manager (non resident). You must be enthusiastic, organised and highly skilled in repairs and maintenance.
You will have a repairs and maintenance background and ideally be qualified in a relevant trade e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating etc.
The successful candidate will manage a wide remit of tasks including:
• Security
• Key holding and alarm call out responsibilities
• Health and Safety checks and record keeping
• Site repairs and maintenance including painting and decorating
• Managing contractors and premises refurbishment projects
• General grounds maintenance and cleaning duties
• Reactive repair and maintenance programme
• Planned preventative maintenance to meet current legislation
You will need a flexible approach in line with the premises needs of the school.
