What is the job role?

The trust is looking to appoint a kind, compassionate and effective SEND Teaching Assistant who is committed to ensuring St Gabriel’s provides educational excellence in our school community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Team to influence the educational provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs, positively impacting progress, nurturing and helping them to flourish.

St Gabriel’s CofE Academy is a newly-opened school in the development of Houlton, Rugby with around 200 pupils.

We are looking for someone with the skills and expertise of an effective TA, with a kind, patient and positive approach.

Salary:
SCP 5 – 6 £19,312 - £19,698 FTE

Pro rata: Term Time only, plus Teacher Training Days

Initially Fixed-Term – July 2021
30 hours a week

(Consideration given to both full-time and part-time candidates or Job Share)
