We are seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to co-ordinate and oversee day to day operations at Stoke Park School, and to secure effective value for money services and solutions, to facilitate the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes and a safe learning and working environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to our success by working with colleagues across a range of responsibilities including admissions, cover, marketing, customer service, contract and risk management and the management of the school estate. They will possess excellent communication, business planning and problem solving skills, with experience of successfully leading and developing a team of people, setting targets and monitoring performance.
