Finance and Administrative Assistant - Grange Farm Primary School
What is the job role?
Grange Farm Primary School has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Admin Team.
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has strong administrative and business skills. The person appointed will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and will provide all round administrative support to the School, including meeting and greeting parents and other customers, processing financial transactions, assisting with financial year end procedures and inputting data. This is a varied and enjoyable role, for the right person.
The hours of work will be 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday to Friday, term time only with 5 Teacher Training days and 5 days to be worked during School holiday periods (usually towards the end of the Summer holiday).
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required to deal with members of our School community, in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will have experience of using computerised financial management systems. Experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage, as would experience of dealing with a wide range of customers.
