Stivichall Primary School is seeking to appoint a new Office manager to join our exceptional office team.  This is a full time permanent position to start September 2023 or sooner.  The position is term time + 2 weeks (40 weeks per annum)

Stivichall Primary School is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted 2021) with many aspects of outstanding provision. Our team is united in securing and maintaining high standards of education with children at the centre of our ethos and vision.  Stivichall Primary School is a vibrant, happy and successful school and our office team are central to our success.

The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a passionate, forward thinking Office Manager to work within a strong team.

What is the job role?

Role: Office Manager - Stivichall Primary School 
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours a week - term time only (plus 2 weeks)
Salary: £24,496 - £30,151 FTE
Closing Date: 9:00am - Thursday 29th June 2023
Interview Date: TBC

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • is willing to play a full and active part in the life of the school
  • is resilient under pressure with a high level of commitment
  • will present a warm, friendly and approachable manner as the face of the school
  • has extensive administrative experience is proactive and has excellent problem solving skills
  • has proven experience in MIS systems (BROMCOM) and proficiency in MS Office
  • is able to effectively manage all communications into and out of school with an excellent eye for detail 
  • is able to identify opportunities for office management improvements and implement new systems
  • has staff management skills including leadership, motivation, deployment and management of staff and their workload, including planning, prioritising and delegating
  • has excellent verbal and written communication skills
