What is the job role?
Stivichall Primary School is seeking to appoint a new Office manager to join our exceptional office team. This is a full time permanent position to start as soon as possible. The position is term time + 2 weeks (40 weeks per annum)

The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a passionate, forward thinking Office Manager to work within a strong team.
Work Pattern
Full Time, 37 hours per week
TTO plus 2 weeks = 40 weeks

• has extensive administrative experience is proactive and has excellent problem solving skills
• has proven experience in MIS systems (BROMCOM) and proficiency in MS Office
• is able to effectively manage all communications into and out of school with an excellent eye for detail
• is able to identify opportunities for office management improvements and implement new systems
• has staff management skills including leadership, motivation, deployment and management of staff and their workload, including planning, prioritising and delegating
• has excellent verbal and written communication skills
