What is the job role?

Salary: Grade 5 £22,183 to £27,741 FTE
Term time only 39 weeks - Full time 37 hours per week
We are a happy, supportive and hard-working team striving to give the best possible learning opportunities that we can to the children of Courthouse Green. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate the capability to work as part of a dedicated and caring team. The successful candidate will be adaptable and creative and have the ability to enthuse and inspire children.
Do you have:
• Qualification or experience of being Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leader
• An understanding of and trained in Solution Focused approaches
• Relevant, current school based experience is desirable, preferably in a primary setting.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a relevant qualification in working with children and can show evidence of relevant and recent experience in an educational environment.
• Is able to support children in accessing school opportunities with own transport desirable (clean driving license essential)
• Has experience of planning and leading small group intervention or Direct work sessions
• Has some experience of working as a team and driving initiatives forward
• Can effectively motivate and support children to achieve highly
• Is committed to giving the best to every child
• Can make a significant contribution to the school
• Has experience of working with parents/carers
• Has experience of working with various agencies
• Is willing to undertake further training as needed
