ICT Technician - The Futures Trust
What is the job role?
Grade 4 (£22,214 - £25,697 per annum)
37 hours per week all year round

We are seeking to appoint an ICT Service Technician to work with the ICT Service Team Leader and relevant colleagues to deliver a professional ICT service to customers predominantly at President
Kennedy School and Primaries but also at other schools across the Trust to add value and facilitate the achievement of educational outcomes and offers high quality, professional project management to develop the service.
You will be committed to building brighter futures and educated to NVQ in ICT equivalent qualification or similar experience and evidence of ongoing professional development. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of supporting a wide customer base in an ICT support context.
The successful candidate will manage, maintain, support and develop the ICT infrastructure to ensure its effective and efficient operation in conjunction with external companies.
You will have strong problem solving and analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of audiences, be highly organised, able to prioritise and work well under pressure - meeting strict deadlines and exercising attention to detail.
