Following the retirement of our current headteacher, governors are looking to appoint the next leader of this popular and successful one form entry primary school, based on the western edge of Coventry, and rated good by OFSTED.

The successful candidate must have the vision, drive and determination to build on the standards already achieved and to move the school forward on its journey toward excellence.

Our new headteacher should be a skilled, dynamic and compassionate person who will value and build on the hard work already undertaken, and lead our talented, enthusiastic and committed team forward. Excellent management skills will engender a cohesive school community and empower staff and children to achieve their very best.

We need a leader who values diversity and has the passion to focus relentlessly on what is best for every child in our school. Someone who has the skills and knowledge to develop excellent education provision that results in outstanding outcomes for all children.

You will be totally committed to ensure that Cannon Park Primary provides the best possible environment for pupils to be successful and happy learners.
