HR Advisor - Finham Park Multi Academy Trust

What is the job role?

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a growing organisation which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all. 

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR Department where a HR Advisor is needed to support the Head of HR in delivering an effective and efficient HR service. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual who is keen to use their HR knowledge and experience to support schools in the Trust and support their delivery of World Class education.

We are looking for someone who has strong generalist HR experience and is looking to develop their skills and progress their career in this field. In addition to this you should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise workload and show initiative, as well as a flexible approach to work.

In return you will join a small, friendly, supportive team. There are many CPD opportunities, term time only working and the Local Government Pension scheme.

GRADE 6 £27,041-£32,910 FTE (Actual - £13,890-£16,905)

Part time – 22 hrs - Term Time only plus 1 week
