What is the job role?

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced EYFS practitioner to join our friendly, unique school from January 2023 as we journey together to improve opportunities and outcomes for our children and staff. The successful candidate will have the exciting task of re-designing the EYFS environment and curriculum to ensure that the children at Howes get the greatest start to their education which enables them to be the best that they can be.

We are looking for an inspirational person who:

• Has the children’s learning and well-being at the heart of everything that they do

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people tactfully and confidentially

• Has a wealth of knowledge and experience teaching in the EYFS using the new framework

• Has energy and enthusiasm to support our children who deserve nothing but the best

• Builds effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders

• Has a happy and cheery disposition
