Class Teacher TLR - Tiverton School

What is the job role?

Class teacher + TLR2 with responsibility for Investigative Pathway 

TMS/UPS + SEN 1 (SEN 2 for a suitably qualified candidate)

Tiverton School is committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every pupil and expects all staff to share this commitment.

We are a growing specialist Primary school of 112 pupils and we serve the SEND needs of a broad spectrum range of children with, ASD, PMLD, SLD, MLD and associated sensory, social, communication and behaviour difficulties.

We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable enthusiastic teacher. This post would attract a TLR2 salary and give an aspiring leader the opportunity to be part of our middle leadership team. The TLR responsibility is for the leadership and implementation of our investigative pathway.

We offer a caring workforce and a stimulating new teaching environment, as well as a bespoke curriculum model which is child centred and flexible to meet the needs of every child.

Every day in a specialist setting is challenging and different; we are seeking to recruit teachers who have a positive, resilient ‘can do’ attitude to join our team.
