What is the job role?
At WildGarden, we do things differently. Our setting is rooted in nature, child-led exploration, and a deep respect for each child’s uniqueness. We’re not just a childcare provider — we’re a growing community where children and educators thrive together.
We are looking for a passionate Apprentice who is eager to learn, grow, and support children through meaningful, play-based learning — both indoors and outdoors. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced practitioners, gaining hands-on experience while studying toward your qualification.
You’ll support daily routines, engage in creative activities, and help nurture a safe, joyful, and respectful environment that reflects our core values: freedom, connection, wonder, and care.
