What is the job role?

Part of the Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust family of schools

37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks

Grade 4 – (£19,698 - £23,080) per annum PRO RATA

Required September 2021

We are looking to appoint an efficient, organised and dedicated administrator to support our team of 5 Year Heads/ APPL’s (Academic and Pastoral Pupil Leads).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to build a career in the education sector. We are looking for someone with a passion for education, ambition and the ability to work with a strong team of teaching staff and who can also engage young people. We can provide an exceptional environment in which staff and pupils thrive. You must be able to work on a variety of projects at any one time for a small team of staff. This will be a very busy but vital role, you will also be comfortable dealing with outside agencies, contacting parents and happy to work with children of secondary school age.

Role Requirements:

An excellent administrator
Outstanding ICT skills
Knowledge of, or willing to gain, specialist knowledge in particular areas, e.g. Child protection and Safeguarding
Dedicated, creative and hardworking individual
A real willingness to learn new skills
