What is the job role?

Ravensdale Primary School are looking for a Teaching Assistant who will work primarily in a 1:1 capacity with children across key stages that require additional support. Working with our senior staff including our SENDCo in collaboration with Class Teachers, you will assist with the development and delivery of individual education and support plans. The right candidate will have experience of working with children with SEND and will understand the importance of supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at pupils achieving their full potential in all areas of learning.

Work Pattern

30 hours per week

39 weeks term time only

Fixed term until 31^st August 2025

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with

• Experience of supporting children with SEND

• Experience of supporting children with their social, emotional and mental health needs, escalating concerns where appropriate.

• Teaching Assistant NVQ level 3 qualification
