We are looking for an excellent teacher of science to join our team.

If you are ambitious for yourself and want to be part of a great team at this really exciting time then we would like to meet you. You will be employed by the trust which consists of five schools led by Sidney Stringer Academy. The schools are Radford Primary Academy, Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School), Sidney Stringer Primary School and Sidney Stringer Academy.

If you choose to work at Ernesford you will be joining a science team who are dedicated to developing in their staff, a passion and enthusiasm for their science specialism and translating this amongst our young people. Our aim is to have specialist science teachers for each discipline, we have a Head of Physics, Chemistry and Biology to ensure that our specialist teachers are able to challenge and support one another be it through subject knowledge enhancement, pedagogy or classroom culture. We are incredibly supportive of one another and look to share planning and resources through our science department specific Google website. We are fully supported in using enrichment to develop the love of science amongst our students and are actively encouraged to take students on trips and we work with a number of outside agencies and organisations for the betterment of our curriculum delivery and driving improvements in the science capital of our students.
