Teacher of Computer Science - Ernesford Grange Academy School

What is the job role?

We seeking to appoint an excellent Teacher of Computing with a vision to lead our students to achieve excellence from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5.   We currently offer ICT, digital literacy, and coding at KS3. With our students moving onto OCR Computer Science and Creative iMedia as options at Key Stage 4. At Key Stage 5, we offer A Level Computer Science and Pearson BTEC Level 3 in IT. All lessons are delivered through Google Classroom. 

 

The Computing department has expanded in recent years and consists of two pathways academic and vocational, with some students choosing to undertake both routes. The team is committed to our pupils and has a strong culture of collaboration and interdependence. Any new staff member would be welcomed into the team and given the support and CPD required.
