Courthouse Green Primary school part of Triumph Multi Academy Trust are seeking a Site Manager to provide a high quality and effective maintenance/repair and facility service, ensuring the safe operation of the facilities. The post will primarily be based at Courthouse Green Primary School, however the post holder may be required to work on either a temporary or indefinite basis at any premises within the Trust.

Role: Site Manager - Courthouse Green
Contract: Full Time - Permanent - All Year Round
Salary: £24,496 - £30,151

Who are we looking for?
As a valued and dependable member of the team, you will be responsible for and manage all site/premises activities, including maintenance, repairs, checks, tests and daily operational duties, ensuring the site is kept safe, clean, accessible and secure for all users of the premises.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and willing to make a significant contribution to the school modelling our core values of kindness, responsibility, collaboration, pride, resilience and a wish to improve in all that you do
- Holds a relevant trade qualification or who has a background of industrial or school posts where you have demonstrated your ability in trade skills
- Has experience of supervising a team
- Has experience of organising and implementing work programmes
- Is flexible to meet the demands of a busy school building
