What is the job role?

We have a Senior Administrative Post providing high quality administrative support in the Community Discharge Team based at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.

The role would cover a range of administrative office duties dealing and resolving queries, data inputting and retrieval, working with various Council ICT systems and ensuring that information is kept up to date and the candidate must be competent in taking notes.

It is 37 hours post with a work pattern on a rota basis,

Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm/12.00pm – 8.00pm

Weekends 8.00am – 4.00pm

You will be working on site at UHCW and working from home on the 12-8 shift subject change. (10% is paid in recognition of shift work)

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

 

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be shortlisted against the following -

  • experience of working in a busy office environment
  • excellent IT skills, able to input and retrieve data using Microsoft applications or similar
  • use own initiative, be able to take direction and work as part of a team
  • able to prioritise
