What is the job role?
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
In this role you will be dealing with enquiries from members of the public by telephone, email and face to face.
You will undertake data input and document production using the range of systems in use within the organisation including reports and minutes.
You will also maintain a computerised filing system, retrieving information as required and ensure that information is kept up to date.
You will be responsible for maintaining supplies of stationary and other office consumables for distribution upon request. You will be placing and receipting orders and undertake minutes when required.
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

To be successful in this post you
- Need to have knowledge of IT systems
- High level of communication skills both written and verbally
- Be able to prioritise your own workload
- Excellent organisation skills to maintain office systems and arrange meetings
- Produce high quality minutes and support in meetings
