Term Time Only plus teacher training days (39 weeks per year)

Grade 7

37 hours per week

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, highly-skilled professional to further develop their leadership and management skills as School Business Manager at Allesley Primary School.

We are looking for an enthusiastic School Business Manager who will be a member of our school leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading finance and budget management, human resources management, business and administration management, premises, health and safety.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced School Business Manager, or has a professional qualification and experience in a related area to the School Business Manager role.

• Is resilient and can work calmly under pressure.

• Is highly motivated, friendly, approachable and brings energy and a good sense of humour.

• Has a proven track record of leading and managing all aspects of business management.

The successful candidate will work with a strong and dedicated administration team, fantastic children and hardworking colleagues who are passionate about everything they do.
