Stivichall Primary School is a mainstream Primary School with a firm belief in inclusive education for all children. Our team is united in securing and maintaining high standards of education with children at the centre of our ethos and vision.
We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to support children with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities, to start January 2024.
The successful candidate will work with a range of children with EHCPs, delivering interventions and supporting both in whole class learning and small group setting. The successful candidate will also provide dedicated 1:1 support for children with EHCPs
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of working with children who have special educational needs, disabilities and social and emotional needs is beneficial.
The successful candidate will become part of a wider inclusion team led by the Inclusion Lead which includes a learning mentor, a dyslexia support assistant, speech and language support assistant and a team of EHCP Inclusion Support Assistants.
