SEN Teaching Assistant - Stivichall Primary School

We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to support a child with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will work with a child who has an EHCP, providing dedicated 1:1 support.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of working with children who have special educational needs is essential including Autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance.
  • Previous experience of implementing EHCP targets.
  • Previous experience of supporting children on a 1:1 basis.

 

The successful candidate will become part of a wider inclusion team led by the Inclusion Lead which includes a learning mentor, a dyslexia support assistant, speech and language support assistant and a team of EHCP Inclusion Support Assistants.
