We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to support a child with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will work with a child who has an EHCP, providing dedicated 1:1 support.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience of working with children who have special educational needs is essential including Autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance.
Previous experience of implementing EHCP targets.
Previous experience of supporting children on a 1:1 basis.

The successful candidate will become part of a wider inclusion team led by the Inclusion Lead which includes a learning mentor, a dyslexia support assistant, speech and language support assistant and a team of EHCP Inclusion Support Assistants.
