With 600+ pupils

We are looking to appoint a highly organised individual to join our hardworking, friendly, busy office. The role is primarily to cover Reception and undertake a variety of front of house tasks.

We welcome applications from candidates with previous school experience.

Knowledge of SIMS would be advantageous; however training can be provided for the right candidate.

Candidates must be able to work independently and prioritise your workload and be able to multi task.

This is a fast pace environment so will need to be able to keep up with the busy working school office. You will be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Work Pattern

25 hours per week

Monday – Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

38 weeks term time only

Fixed term contract with a view to go permanent after successful probation period
