The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Premises Manager. The successful candidate will assist in the efficient management, maintenance, repair and security of our school premises and site, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff, students and visitors alike. The successful candidate will:
- have proven school site service experience and/ or facilities management experience
- have practical skills and be willing and able to carry out minor repairs/ maintenance work
- have an understanding of and relevant experience of health and safety and premises legislation
- have the ability to manage a team
- be conscientious, hardworking, and reliable and be able to work flexibly.
