What is the job role?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Playworker to work within our popular before and after school club ‘PlayPals’. The successful candidate should have a passion for working with children and ideally have a qualification in childcare.

Staff at St Christopher enjoy working at our school – the new teaching assistant will join a genuinely friendly and supportive team.

Who are we looking for?

The role will include:

Assisting in the delivery of creative play opportunities in a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
Providing general care and welfare for the children in the club
.Preparing a snack for pupils

Whilst the role is term time only, there will also be an opportunity to work some additional sessions during our school holiday sessions or covering absence.
