Out of School Club Manager - Stivichall Fun Club

What is the job role?

We are looking for an experienced interim Manager to join our Fun Club as we consolidate our operations ahead of an intended transfer to School.

You will oversee the day to day management of the facility and staff. The right candidate will be qualified, experienced and will have a passion for childcare development. You will report to the Committee with a dotted line to school and will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum) in Childcare or equivalent.

You will be required to work out of school hours before and after school Monday-Friday, operating hours are 7.50am – 9.20am and 2.45pm – 6.00pm. This is a full- time position for 4 months to support the transfer of activity safely to school. The Ideal candidate will hit the ground running to support an Independent committee in transferring the Fun Club into school.

To be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and operation of the Out of School club, ensuring the provision of a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
To lead and manage the Out of School Club team effectively

Manager Salary: Grade 4 £19,698 - £23,080 per annum

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Type: Interim position with potential for permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, term time + 2 weeks
