About the team we are recruiting to

Aldermoor Farm is a large 3-form entry primary school in Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry. We are a diverse community with amazing children and a brilliant staff team. We are proud of our journey of rapid improvement over the last 18 months.

What is the job role?

Due to the departure of our school business manager, we have an exciting post available. We are recruiting an Operations Manager, this role will work closely together with the Finance Manager but also with our 2 other members of the admin team.  

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a well-organised, team player with experience.
