Courthouse Green Primary School, part of the Triumph Trust Academy, is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager.
This is a new role, to support the Head Teacher and Trust Business Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all non-teaching aspects of the school, including Administration, HR, Premises and Facilities’ Management, Health and Safety and Finance.

If you are a motivated, pro-active person, a problem solver, have a ‘can do’ attitude and reflect our Core Values in all aspects of your work, with a passion for improving the outcomes for children, then we would love to hear from you.

Experience of working in a school setting is highly desirable.  You will have sound knowledge of administrative systems, excellent IT skills and have demonstrable experience of leading and managing people.

You will be able to prioritise your own work, as well as that of the staff. You will be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the school and able to remain calm under pressure.

You will be willing to support work across other schools in the Trust, as required.
