What is the job role?

Required from: September 2021

Fixed term contract until March 2022

Grade 5: £22,183 - £27,741 pro rata

Required to work 38 school weeks, teacher training days &

2 weeks during the school summer holiday.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

The Holy Cross Catholic MAC (delegated to Governors) wish to appoint an Office Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will:

model our distinctive Catholic mission, able to support and nurture our ethos

have leadership and management experience of areas including site management and health and safety
advise the Headteacher and Board of Governors on all financial matters and lead on income generation.
be an excellent communicator, and creative leader, who is able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills
have a genuine desire to involve yourself fully in the life of our school and to work as part of our forward-thinking team of professionals.
