Office Manager - Moseley Primary School

This is not just an admin role — this is a leadership position where you will influence how our school operates day-to-day and strategically. You will work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager, helping to drive improvements across finance, HR, administration, and site management.

You will be:

Leading and managing a dedicated admin team

Supporting and overseeing key aspects of school finance (Bromcom)

 Playing a vital role in HR processes and staff management Helping ensure our school runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently

Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents and visitors

We need someone who is:

Organised, proactive and calm under pressure 

Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Experienced in school administration and finance systems (ideally Bromcom)

A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with everyone

Able to lead, motivate and support a team

Solutions-focused, with a sharp eye for improving systems and processes
