What is the job role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic technology minded person to come and join our school team. They should be ambitious, ready to take on the challenges that this rapidly changing technology based world demands and ensure that the systems of Holbrook are in place to support this.

We are looking for someone who has proven skills in school office administration or similar. The candidate should be familiar with the school Sims system or similar database management, be able to run reports and monitor the database to ensure that it supports the smooth and efficient running of the office / school.

The successful candidate would also act as the Data Controller, working under the direction of the School Business Manager in accordance with GDPR guidance.

The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and a team player who can support the financial efficiency of the school.

For the successful candidate we offer the opportunity for career progression and training, including possible apprenticeship at School Business Manager level. We can also offer the opportunity to work with the School Business Manager in gaining this qualification, supporting succession planning within this busy office.

Work pattern: Full time, 8.30-4.30 term time only with addition of five training days plus one week. Start date Early June 2021
