The Governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a fixed term Nursery Play worker role within our Phoenix Nursery team to start 6th January 2026. The role is initially on a fixed term contract to run until 31.12.2026. The role will be for 32.5 hours per week term time only.

About the team we are recruiting to
The candidate will join a highly enthusiastic and well-established team within our Phoenix Nursery. The successful candidate must be able to provide a caring and stimulating environment for all children within the setting. The candidate must be able to support the nursery manager in delivering the early years curriculum to all of the children.

The role is for a Nursery Playworker to work in our Phoenix Nursery setting. For the successful candidate, we can offer:

The successful applicant will work alongside senior practitioners in the daily operation of the nursery.
