The governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a fixed term Nursery Play Worker role within our Phoenix Nursery team with effect from September 2024. The role is initially for one term from 1.9.2024 to 31.12.2024 however their will be an opportunity for this to be extended. The role will be for 32.5 hours per week. 

Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of the school. About the team we are recruiting to

The candidate will join a highly enthusiastic and well established team within our Phoenix Nursery. The successful candidate must be able to provide a caring and stimulating environment for all children within the setting. The candidate must be able to support the nursery manager to deliver the early years curriculum to all of the children.

The applicant must be motivated and have a positive attitude and be able to facilitate development through play promoting inclusion for all children within the busy nursery and hold the relevant qualification.

What is the job role?

The role is for a part time Nursery Play Worker to work in our Phoenix Nursery setting. For the successful candidate we can offer;-

The successful applicant will work alongside senior practitioners in the daily operation of the nursery;-
