What is the job role?
Grange Farm Primary School is seeking to employee two Midday Supervisory Assistants.
The role will include:-
Ensuring the supervision, safety and welfare of pupils during their mid-day break: in the dinner areas, playground and circulation areas.
• Assisting with the setting out and clearing away of tables before and after lunch, clearing tables and disposing of waste food and drink.
• Improving children’s enjoyment of lunchtime, by setting up and leading play activities, this will include supervising games, encouraging appropriate use of equipment both on the playground and in the classrooms.
• Managing and promoting positive behaviour of children.

Work pattern: 6.25 hours per week, 38 weeks (term time only), 1 hour and 15 minutes per day, Monday – Friday.
Hours: 1 hour 15 minutes per day (lunchtime), Term Time Only (38 weeks)
Please note that this is a term time only role and annual leave is not permitted to be taken during the working weeks of this role.
