Midday Supervisor - Burton Green Church of England Academy

What is the job role?

The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a reliable and effective Midday Supervisor.

Burton Green Academy is a small but extremely friendly rural school and staff are highly supportive of each other. We have strong links with our partner school All Saints’ Academy and share subject leadership, resources and expertise. The happiness, well-being and achievement of each child are our main concerns. We strive to create an exciting, stimulating learning environment that is safe and secure. The children’s welfare is the concern and responsibility of everyone.  We give pupils opportunities to realise their talents across a broad and balanced curriculum, developing children into caring and responsible young people.  

Work pattern

10 hours per week. 11.30am - 1.30pm Monday to Friday

38 weeks term time only

Who are we looking for?

Are you:

Able to understand, comply and work within policies: e.g. school behaviour policy, child protection policy, health and safety, confidentiality and other school rules Be aware of cultural differences.

Do you:

Have experience of educational needs and learning difficulties. 

Have good communication and interpersonal skills – being able to work as part of a team.
