Working days: 4 days a week- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required, non-working day can be negotiated between Monday and Friday.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and driven professional to continue the rapid development and management of Hillfelds Nursery School. If you have a strong belief in the potential of all learners and have excellent record of achieving outstanding learning behaviours and outcomes for pupils in the Early Years, this role could be for you.
The post will be class based within our Orchard class (rising 3s and preschool) with allocated planning, preparation and assessment time.
The Successful applicant will:
• have a passion and understanding of the importance of early reading on young children
• have a good knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning in EYFS at a wide range of developmental stages
• have the ability to identify SEND and other specific needs of pupils and work closely with the SENCO
• have a good knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding
• have the ability to build excellent relationships with parent/carers and colleagues
