What is the job role?

At Allesley Primary School we currently have 2 lunchtime supervisor vacancies.

The role involves helping and supervising children (aged 4 -11) during the lunchtime period. Our lunchtime supervisors play a very important part in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at our school.

To be successful in the Lunchtime Supervisor role you will:

Enjoy playing games with children
Supervise and help children while they are eating their lunch
Keep children safe during outdoor and indoor play
Be a team player and be adaptable in line with the needs of the children
Have a caring and nurturing attitude
Place high importance on hygiene and cleaning of classrooms / dining hall after children have eaten
Be willing to administer first aid (training will be provide

1 permanent position 6.25 hours per week, 12noon – 1.15pm Monday to Friday, term time only Grade 1, £9.24 per hour

1 casual position to cover staff absence (with a possibility of moving to a permanent position in the future), £9.24 per hour
