Learning Mentor (Maternity cover) - Joseph Cash Primary School

What is the job role?

The JC Way is at the heart of Joseph Cash, our school values and vision are embedded in everything we do. Our curriculum is based around developing opportunities for children to be empowered, inspired and flourish. Our school values focus on children developing their resilience, being brave and being kind to others.

We are looking for a Learning Mentor to join our team who will be passionate about including the above values in their practice. Working with our most vulnerable families, completing direct with individual pupils, leading CARE sessions and taking an active role in safeguarding our pupils.

Although the role is fixed term for one year, there may be opportunity for this to be extended in January 2025.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have experience of the Learning Mentor role and experience of working with young people and families.
