What is the job role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic reliable and hardworking person to join our team here at Stoke Heath Primary School as an Apprentice Learning Mentor. You will be part of a well-established team working closely with the children and families here at Stoke Heath.

The contract will be on a full time - term time basis only with a view to offer a permanent position upon qualification from the apprenticeship.
Hours - Monday to Friday- 37 hours a week.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone:
- Who has good communications skills, both written and oral to obtain and provide information and receive instructions
- To be organised and prioritise workloads to meet any deadlines
- To have achieved a Grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE, or equivalent.
- To be able to achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Learning Mentor
- To work as part of a team
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
