Learning Intervention Manager – Cardinal Wiseman School

Grade: Romero Grade 5

Actual salary £21,162 – £26,048

Hours: 37 hours per week 8.30am – 4.30pm with a 4pm finish on Friday

Term time only plus 5 days

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Learning Intervention Manager to join our supportive Learning Support team at our school in Coventry.

 

The successful candidate will work independently to manage the learning interventions within the school overseeing the HLTA staff within the department.

 

You will supervise our intervention rooms, ensuring they are adequately staffed with the appropriate skill mix on a day to day basis, resourcing the interventions to ensure each student receives appropriate help and support. You will also contribute and complete SEND documentation, liaising closely with the SENCO.
