What is the job role?

Coventry are recruiting to House Project Facilitator posts in their Through Care Service. This is a new and exciting post working with the National House Project in Coventry. 

As a Facilitator you will provide individual and group support to young people. You will work in collaboration with social care, education, health, housing and other agencies to ensure that young people’s views are at the heart of all decision making. You will also have responsibility to engage and work with the National House Project, including attendance at Community of Practice meetings, training and conferences.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
