Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation, which is currently made up of 7 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire of which Meadow Park School is the most recently affiliated. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.

We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Home School Liaison Officer to support children whose education is at risk due to attendance related issues. To take particular note of attendance issues with vulnerable groups especially Looked After Children, SEN, FSM/PP, EAL and to take appropriate action as necessary. To assess need, implement effective action and evaluate outcomes against agreed objectives. The successful applicant will join a growing team of support staff who are committed to ensuring that Meadow Park students have the best educational experience possible.
