What is the job role?
Join our team as a Highways Supervisor and take charge of Site Operations for a range of exciting Highway Maintenance and Improvement Schemes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior Site Agent to coordinate and inspire teams of Highways Operatives and external staff. Your role will involve delivering a top-class, customer-focused service in Highways Operations. With your resource coordination skills, you will ensure the efficient use of physical and financial resources to meet customer expectations in terms of Highways repair, maintenance, and major project delivery.
Who are we looking for?
- Knowledge of Highways Operations with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Highways Sector.
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with employees of all levels.
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high-quality output.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
