What is the job role?
Grade 5 (£19,164 - £23,966 pro rata per annum)
37 hours per week term time only plus 1 week (39 weeks)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Intervention Hub team to support our most vulnerable learners to achieve personal and academic success in line with their peers and to transition into adulthood with opportunities, qualifications and skills that are ambitious and life-long. We are looking for an outstanding, committed and motivated candidate to build capacity in a transformational team to focus across a full range of student needs from EHCPs to supporting the delivery of exceptional Quality First Teaching in the classroom. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven classroom support practitioner who may be interested in making a step to further develop and train in SEND support. Equally a person new to the profession will thrive in our challenging but highly supportive environment.
