Aldermoor Farm Enhanced Resource Provision is looking for an experienced, reliable, passionate and patient HLTA to work as part of our team in both a challenging and rewarding environment. We currently have 8 children and are currently moving into our newly refurbished learning space.

What is the job role?

To work collaboratively with the teacher in their responsibility for the development and education process by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills to undertake 'specified work' and provide care and supervision to children/young people.

Who are we looking for?

If you have HLTA status or equivalent qualification and experience of working with children with SEND, then we would love to hear from you.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.

Following recommendations from Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) for an additional pre employment check with effect 1 Sept 22, please note, an online search may form part of this recruitment process.
