Leadership Scale: 14 – 21  (Group 2  : £58,135 - £69,031)

The governors, staff and children of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School, in collaboration with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, wish to appoint an inspirational Headteacher. Our new Head will be a highly motivated, caring and energetic leader who will inspire and nurture our children with a broad and creative curriculum and who will oversee their primary school faith journey in the manner of our school’s motto. 

We are looking for a Headteacher who is: 

- a practising Catholic with a comprehensive understanding of Catholic education;

- a caring and committed leader who has high ambitions for all staff and pupils while nurturing their growth, wellbeing and faith formation;

- an experienced leader who can demonstrate outstanding teaching skills and can take a strategic role in curriculum development;

- able to analyse data, develop strategic plans to raise standards, whilst promoting and celebrating the achievements of all children and staff;

- committed to working with children, parents and staff to build upon the current high standards across the school and community;

-  a driven leader who can take the school through its next developmental stage including academisation, by building deep collaborations with other schools and partner organisations;

- an open, honest and effective communicator who is approachable and leads by example, taking ownership of the school is recognised in the community as the ‘Face of the School’;

-  a visionary leader with energy, resilience and a forward-thinking, positive outlook.
